with their suppliers and customers using information technologies and information systems
(including but not limited to electronic data interchange, inter-organizational systems, supply chain management systems,
business-to-business systems, enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management systems, etc.).
This research appeals to the SCOR model in examining the supply chain activities of organizations.
